Toddler or kids length?
The 12-inch skirt suits toddlers in 3T to 5T; the 16-inch suits kids in 6 to 10. Both have a soft stretch waistband and the battery pack tucks inside it. The headband is one size. Pick the character she asks for; the lights are the same on every set.
What are the three light modes?
Steady glow, party flash and slow pulse. A button on the battery pack cycles through them; the headband has its own switch.
Are batteries included?
The sets are battery-operated; check the listing at the partner store for what ships in the box and keep spares for a long night.
Can the tutu be washed?
Remove the battery pack first, then hand wash the tulle gently and lay flat to dry.
